Guys don’t wear houndstooth prints. This appears to be the fashion attitude out there. Not a few people see houndstooth prints as masculine on guys. They feel it’s a bold print that has some feminine touch to it. Also over the years, ladies have shown more “consciousness” than men when it comes to wearing this doutone material.
I believe whatever fabric is trendy on ladies, has a male version to it. While ladies will ALWAYS rock houndstooth, guys may opt for puppytooth, a smaller scale of the pattern. This can be made and worn in blazers, jackets, casual waistcoats, fedora hats, skinny pants, etc. But, if for some reason you still desire bold houndstooth print, please get it in accessories like belts, golf pants, bowties, shoes, mufflers, loafers to mention but a few.
For accessories like bowties, they can be worn on a white shirt over a v-neck sweater. This will give you a snazzy look! However, as a stylish individual explore other nice ideas if you can.
But avoid excess houndstooth. It won’t take you anywhere!
